Scott Sporrer brings over 25 years of experience working in public accounting, private industry, and investment banking. He has held senior executive positions including CFO and President for multinational corporations both private and public, where he has managed all aspects of corporate finance and accounting functions and provided M&A advisory services. Most recently, Scott was a Partner and Consulting CFO at TGG Accounting, a provider of outsourced accounting and business advisory services for small to mid-size businesses where he focused on exit planning, closing over $350 million in transactions in 2019.

As CFO, Scott is preparing the Company for an aggressive growth trajectory that leverages its existing microgrid knowledge and assets for deployment into a market that is finally coming to understand and value Concentric Power’s unique solutions. This growth will require continued development of existing internal infrastructure and both the corporate capital structure and project finance required for development of an extensive energy portfolio.

Scott earned a BA in Accounting from the University of San Diego, and is a licensed CPA and CEPA.
