Mike Delgado is a mechanical engineer who began his career in 1990 as a hands-on field technician in the water treatment technology industry. This experience allowed him to understand the project-based aspects of mechanical design, system automation, electro-mechanical pre-fabrication as well as assembly, construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and ongoing service.

Mike spent the last 22 years at Therma Corporation, one of California’s leading commercial HVAC contractors, where he directed project teams of mechanical, chemical, automation and electrical engineers and project managers, as well as overseeing shop and field teams.

In his role of Vice President, Engineering & Services Mike will direct the expanding Engineering & Services group to include Engineering, Project Management and Field Operations & Maintenance. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego.
