Frank Smith is a machinist, mechanic and maintenance technician with over 32 years experience. Most recently a maintenance technician at Dynegy Moss Landing Power Plant, Frank is well-versed in operations, supervision and training, and his expertise includes the repair, troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment and electronic instrumentation. He holds 14 training certifications, including Cal-OSHA and environmental health and safety.

A lifelong learner, Frank’s most recent studies have focused on operational procedures and corporate learning modules. He lives in Salinas with his wife and two daughters, and when he’s not busy with family activities, he enjoys fishing, camping, and hitting the road on his motorcycle.
